Next stain the floor with the help of a rag or paint brush or leave it as it is for a more natural look. Apply desired number of coats of stain allowing drying between each coat.

Clean out excess mortar from relevant sides and continue with the rest of the tiles checking for accuracy at regular intervals.

Once the wall is tiled apply a good quality sealant that will keep the tiles from staining easily especially in wet areas.
